I LOVED your comments about Beck! It was if I had helped you write the article. So many times I have said basically the same thing and I just don't understand how he or Miami get away with such antics. Don't approve of the NIL and truly believe it is killing the ethics of college football. But enough!
All good reasons for you to root for Indiana. Having no known ties to the place, I'm behind Beck. Once a Bulldawg, always a Bulldawg. Hearya on the STUFF. I don't fault Carson. He's just another young man doing the best he can in a truly unreal world where, even though we all still have the responsibility to make good, ethical decisions, the environment and expectations and everything a guy like Carson is hearing from advisors coming out of the woodwork can just make anyone's head explode. I intentionally view college sports through rosie-colored glasses; I don't want the current economic model, over which I have no control, to spoil my enjoyment. I look at Carson and I see a Bulldawg, and my heart sings with my 1970s Georgia memories.
I never thought I would either but I am right there with you cheering on Indiana!!!! We can still bark quietly to honor the DAWGS! I am hoping to watch the quarterback for many years in the Pro’s. Great article! 🥰
